This Pandemic, I started taking Fitness and Nutrition Classes both Online and Offline. Since Corona started, the life of ordinaries has been smashed and the life of Doctor’s has been complicated. Many has to improve their Resistance and Endurance level for the Lung health to Deal with Corona. So I have taken Classes for the Doctors who fight against Covid-19. Clients as Doctors from UK and Singapore has been satisfied with the Risk taken by me. Still they are in My Online classes and Offline recorded session.
