I have been working as a assistant professor in Dr.Ambedkar College of social work wardha (Maharashtra)for the past 13 years.

I like to participate in various social activities for exm. rally , awareness programs, road play, Drama etc.

I organised a many workshop at various level as a motivational speaker for student and also as a speaker in various place for example NSS camp ,universitie's ,colleges, FM radio(Nagpur ,Wardha, Yavatmal )and also in Nagpur Durdrashan.

Similarly various program are organised in order to aware the special sensitivity towards the elderly in the society in today's young generation for example students visit to old age Home , survey on the social, economic and health issues ,health checkup camp and other awareness program.

I also goes to various place as a resource person to create awareness about the issues of elderly.

I have consistently experienced the popularity of college student's for providing effective counselling by knowing the problem of the student
