With a phase of learning for more than a decade I have experienced an unprecedented situation.. From 23rd March 2020 our management stop production facility due to this pandemic .Then after a week our management decided to run the production facility with minimal manpower maintaining social distancing norms. Hence again we have started working from the month of April2020. During this pandemic we work extended hours to maintain our production facility in a running mood. As the Govt of India has declared Steel manufacturing as one of the emergency services we have to work for extended hours . The main goal of our management was to maintain safety of our man power along with production. Hence one day we came to know that we have to shift with bag and baggages to a near by hotel so that risk of travelling can be minimized. So we have to leave our sweet home and the dearest ones and got shifted to these hotels.Now that we have been shifted to our residential premises we again started coming to plant .

During this transition phase when our plant starts an energetic pursuit of performance and achievment I embark on a new journey. I don't want to give this any name because it starts with fever, loss of taste and smell...still counting 14 days......
